Eric L. Faulring, Ph.D.

At Northwestern, I completed my Ph.D. Dissertation titled The Cobotic Hand Controller: Design, Control and Analysis of a Novel Haptic Display (pdf), in November of 2005. See the Hand Controller webpage for more information regarding this cobot.

I now work at ChicagoPT in the field of rehabilitation robotics.

I am originally from Springville, NY, and I received my bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in June of 2000. During my undergraduate education, I interned at GE Transportation Systems in Erie, PA, where I built state of the art freight locomotives.
