I am third year graduate student in the Laboratory for Intelligent Mechanical Systems (LIMS) at Northwestern University. I am working with professor Kevin Lynch to create a novel vibratory device that can sensorlessly transport, orient, and manipulate small manufactured parts. In 2006 I received an an NSF fellowship that helps support this project.

I received a B.S.E. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University in 2001. I then taught high school physics at an independent school in New York City for four years. I have continued to focus on teaching at Northwestern as an instuctor of Engineering Analysis for EXCEL--an undergraduate leadership program for incoming freshmen engineering students.
